Three Key Words to Remember: Weigh, Count and Measure by Jim Rohn
Three Key Words to Remember: Weigh, Count and Measure by Jim Rohn
Three key words to remember: weigh, count and measure. Now why weigh, count and measure? To see what your results are from your activity, your attitude and your philosophy. If you find that the results are not to your liking there are only three places to look. Your philosophy needs to be fine-tuned; your attitude needs to be strengthened or your disciplines need extra skill. But that's it. Activity, attitude and philosophy create results.
Now on results I teach that life expects you to make measurable progress in reasonable time. But, you must be reasonable with time. You can't say to someone every five minutes, how are you doing now? That's too soon to ask for a count. Guy says, "I haven't left the building yet, give me a break!" Now you can't wait five years - that's too long. Too many things can go wrong waiting too long for a count to see how you're doing.
Here are some good time frames:
Number one - at the end of the day. You can't let more than a day go by without looking at some things and making progress. New Testament says - if you are angry, try to solve it before the sun goes down. Don't carry anger for another day. It may be too heavy to carry. If you try to carry it for a week, it may drop you to your knees. So some things you must get done in a day.
Here's the next one - a week. We ask for an accounting of the week so we can issue the pay. And whatever you've got coming that's what you get; when the week is over. Now in business there are two things to check in the course of the week. Your activity count and your productivity count. Because activity leads to productivity we need to count both to see how we're doing.
My mentor taught me that success is a numbers game and very early he started asking me my numbers. He asked, "How many books have you read in the last ninety days?" I said, "Zero"; he said, "Not a good number." He said, "How many classes have you attended in the last six months to improve your skills?" And I said, "Zero." He said, "Not a good number." Then he said, "In the last six years that you've been working, how much money have you saved and invested?" I said, "Zero" and he said, "Not a good number." Then here's what he said, "Mr. Rohn, if these numbers don't change your life won't change. But" he said, "If you'll start improving these numbers then perhaps you'll start to see everything change for you."
Success and results are a numbers game. John joins this little sales company. He's supposed to make 10 calls the first week just to get acquainted with the territory. So on Friday we call him in and say what? "How many calls?" He says, "Well." You say, "John, 'well' won't fit in the little box here. I need a number." Now he starts with a story. And you say, "John, the reason I made this little box so small is so a story won't fit. All I need is a number because if you give us the number we're so brilliant around here we could guess the story." It's the numbers that count. Making measurable progress in reasonable time.
Here's the best accounting. The accounting you make of yourself. Don't wait for the government to do it, don't wait for the company to do it. But you've got to add up some of your own numbers and ask, "Am I making the progress I want and will it take me where I want to go now and in the future?" You be the judge!
To Your Success,
Jim Rohn

TIME TO GET IN SHAPE AND USANA CAN HELP

Preventing obesity and smoking can save lives, but it doesn't save money, researchers reported Monday.
It costs more to care for healthy people who live years longer, according to a Dutch study that counters the common perception that preventing obesity would save governments millions of dollars.
"It was a small surprise," said Pieter van Baal, an economist at the Netherlands' National Institute for Public Health and the Environment, who led the study. "But it also makes sense. If you live longer, then you cost the health system more."
In a paper published online Monday in the Public Library of Science Medicine journal, Dutch researchers found that the health costs of thin and healthy people in adulthood are more expensive than those of either fat people or smokers.
Van Baal and colleagues created a model to simulate lifetime health costs for three groups of 1,000 people: the "healthy-living" group (thin and non-smoking), obese people, and smokers. The model relied on "cost of illness" data and disease prevalence in the Netherlands in 2003.
The researchers found that from age 20 to 56, obese people racked up the most expensive health costs. But because both the smokers and the obese people died sooner than the healthy group, it cost less to treat them in the long run.
On average, healthy people lived 84 years. Smokers lived about 77 years, and obese people lived about 80 years. Smokers and obese people tended to have more heart disease than the healthy people.
Cancer incidence, except for lung cancer, was the same in all three groups. Obese people had the most diabetes, and healthy people had the most strokes. Ultimately, the thin and healthy group cost the most, about $417,000, from age 20 on.
The cost of care for obese people was $371,000, and for smokers, about $326,000.
The results counter the common perception that preventing obesity will save health systems worldwide millions of dollars.
"This throws a bucket of cold water onto the idea that obesity is going to cost trillions of dollars," said Patrick Basham, a professor of health politics at Johns Hopkins University who was unconnected to the study. He said that government projections about obesity costs are frequently based on guesswork, political agendas, and changing science.
"If we're going to worry about the future of obesity, we should stop worrying about its financial impact," he said.
Obesity experts said that fighting the epidemic is about more than just saving money.
"The benefits of obesity prevention may not be seen immediately in terms of cost savings in tomorrow's budget, but there are long-term gains," said Neville Rigby, spokesman for the International Association for the Study of Obesity. "These are often immeasurable when it comes to people living longer and healthier lives."
Van Baal described the paper as "a book-keeping exercise," and said that governments should recognize that successful smoking and obesity prevention programs mean that people will have a higher chance of dying of something more expensive later in life.
"Lung cancer is a cheap disease to treat because people don't survive very long," van Baal said. "But if they are old enough to get Alzheimer's one day, they may survive longer and cost more."
The study, paid for by the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sports, did not take into account other potential costs of obesity and smoking, such as lost economic productivity or social costs.
"We are not recommending that governments stop trying to prevent obesity," van Baal said. "But they should do it for the right reasons."

THIS IS WHY ITS USANA FOR ME-- JUST THIS REASON
SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – The first warning sign came when a sharp-eyed worker sorting pills noticed that the odd blue flecks dotting the finished drug capsules matched the paint on the factory doors.
After the flecks were spotted again on the capsules, a blood-pressure medication called Diltiazem, the plant began placing covers over drugs in carts in its manufacturing areas.
But the factory owner, Canadian drug maker Biovail Corp., never tried to find out whether past shipments of the drug were contaminated – or prevent future contamination, according to U.S. regulators.
Thirteen of the 20 best-selling drugs in the United States come from plants on this island. But an investigation by The Associated Press has found dozens of examples over four years of lapses in quality control in the Puerto Rican pharmaceutical industry, which churns out $35 billion of drugs each year, most of it for sale as part of the $300 billion market in the U.S.
An AP review of 100 pages of Food and Drug Administration reports shows even modern drug plants here under the watch of U.S. regulators have failed to keep laboratories sterile and have exported tainted pills.
“People would be shocked to find this whole variety of contamination,” said Dr. Sidney Wolfe of the Washington watchdog group Public Citizen. “The common denominator of all these is there's really poor quality control.”
FDA officials say the problems in Puerto Rico are proportionate with the large number of pharmaceutical plants here and generally no worse than those on the U.S. mainland.
Consumer advocates say they demonstrate the regulatory agency does not sufficiently monitor the industry across Puerto Rico and in the mainland.
The FDA issued a warning letter to Wyeth in May 2006, after consumers reported finding machinery pins inside bottles of Effexor, a leading depression treatment, and the heartburn drug Protonix. The letter expressed concern that the plant was not “able to detect that the affected equipment was missing some of its parts.” The Madison, N.J.-based company faulted mistakes by workers who packaged the drugs.
In another case cited in a June 2006 FDA inspection report, a plant owned by Teva Pharmaceutical Industries exported drugs – including the diabetes treatment Metformin – even though they were known to contain small amounts of metal particles. The company had also received at least six consumer complaints of dark residue inside bottles or foreign material embedded in tablets, according to the report.
Teva's quality-control unit said the presence of some metallic material was to be expected because the manufacturing equipment is made of metal, according to the report.
Teva recalled 21 different drugs as a result of the inspection, according to FDA officials, and the Israeli drugmaker announced two months later it was closing the plant, citing a restructuring.
Denise Bradley, a Teva spokeswoman, insisted the medicine from the now-closed plant was safe and effective despite the contamination.
The reports obtained by AP were produced by FDA inspections from 2003 to 2007 of 13 pharmaceutical plants – roughly half the total in this U.S. territory, a Caribbean island with one of the world's highest concentrations of drug makers.
Several are closing or downsizing as the expense of updating decades-old plants to meet regulations adds to struggles with rising energy costs and tightening tax breaks.
The FDA often hesitates to crack down at the first sign of problems because manufacturers can chalk them up to isolated mishaps, said John Scharmann, a former FDA administrator for the Denver district now associated with a watchdog group.
That appeared to be the case at the Biovail-owned factory in the San Juan suburb of Carolina where the sharp-eyed worker noticed the foreign specks of blue.
“Incident was considered an isolated event ... even when the employee reported having observed the same particles before,” the report said.
David Elder, director of enforcement in FDA's regulatory affairs office, said pharmaceutical companies generally fix problems on their own and issue recalls if necessary once notified.
“They're making products that save or support lives, so it's not in their interest to make products that are unsafe or ineffective,” he said. “I think they're good corporate citizens by and large and want to do right by their patients.”
Four of the plants described in the reports closed or announced plans to do so after the discovery of significant quality-control problems, but none of them cited the discoveries as a reason for closing.
One of those four, GlaxoSmithKline PLC, produced tablets of the popular antidepressant Paxil CR that split apart, potentially causing patients to take incorrect dosages.
When the company would not recall all the affected pills, U.S. marshals raided the plant in March 2005 in the largest drug seizure in FDA history and also collected tablets of the diabetes treatment Avandamet after some were found not to have accurate doses of the active ingredient.
Some plants in Puerto Rico are three decades old, built when the territory's pharmaceutical industry took off thanks to tax incentives aimed at developing more high-tech manufacturing.
The industry here has faded somewhat. Companies have shed more than 3,000 jobs in the last 18 months and closed several plants for a variety of reasons, including the loss of federal tax breaks and cost-cutting.
Still, this island turns out some top-selling drugs on the U.S. market, including cholesterol drugs Lipitor and Zocor, the blood-thinner Plavix, anemia drugs Aranesp and Epogen and the antidepressant Zoloft.
The FDA's San Juan office has 22 inspectors who devote about a quarter of their time to pharmaceutical plants. They typically visit the factories once every two years, more often if there are consumer complaints or the company has repeated infractions.
Factories confronted with violations often make extensive changes. The Biovail plant invested $5 million in equipment upgrades and addressed problems including errant metal particles from cleaning spatulas. A follow-up FDA inspection found no problems, said Gilbert Godin, executive vice president of the Ontario-based company.
Scharmann, a consulting editor for the watchdog publication Dickinson's FDA Review, said the FDA is concerned by anything that affects drug quality but considers the likelihood that the companies may file legal challenges to enforcement actions.
“There's a fairly broad latitude that is allowed,” Scharmann said.
Elder contends inspections are rigorous.
“The folks doing this work aren't just regulators. That's our job, but we're also consumers of these products,” he said. “It's personal to us to make sure these products are in compliance.”

USANA NUTRIMEAL & BARS (low glycemic)
FROM ASK THE SCIENCTIST - USANA NUTRIMEAL & BARS (low glycemic)
Question: What is the glycemic index?
Answer:
The glycemic index (GI) is a way of measuring the rate at which carbohydrates are broken down and
appear in the blood as simple sugars. In general, the more refined and processed the food, the
faster the food is broken down and the higher the GI.
High GI foods act rapidly to influence blood sugar, providing quick energy. However, this energy is
usually short lived & hunger soon returns often leading to overeating & weight gain.
Low GI foods effect blood sugar more slowly and steadily. These foods provide greater satiety and
longer lasting, more consistent energy, making eating less (and maintaining weight) easier.
Question: What is Nutrimeal (Nutrition Drink Mix)?
Answer:
Nutrimeal is a balanced, low-glycemic meal-replacement drink that includes complex carbohy-drates,
protein, fiber, & many micronutrients. Each serving contains 230 calories & 7 grams fat.
Nutrimeal is currently available in Wild Strawberry, Dutch Chocolate, and French Vanilla.
Question: Why were the Nutrimeal drink mixes changed?
Answer:
The Nutrimeal drinks and Nutrition Bars are snack and meal replacement Macro-Optimizers. They are
specifically designed to be balanced with respect to carbohydrates, proteins and fats. They are
formulated and tested to be low-glycemic snacks and meal replacements. Because of their satiety
value and their stabilizing effect on blood glucose, these products are ideal for weight management
and improved dietary control.
Almost without exception, all health experts will agree that a healthy, balanced diet consists of
carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in a range of about 40-60%, 15-30%, and 15-30%, respectively.
Carbohydrates should predominate and are healthiest when there is a good variety and balance of
fiber, complex carbohydrates and starches, and sugars. Protein intake should be moderate and include
a variety. The majority of fat intake should be unsaturated, although a minimal amount of saturated
fat is necessary and important.
The macronutrient content of the Nutrimeals and Nutrition Bars is carefully selected to provide a
low-glycemic nutritious snack or meal that represents the balance of a healthy diet. The Nutrimeal
balance is approximately 50% carbohydrates (half complex and fiber, half sugars), 25% protein and
25% fat. This balance is essential to the purpose and function of the product. (Yes, even the sugar
is important, just as it is in a mixed diet of fruits, vegetables and grains.)
Hopefully, with a clearer understanding of the purpose of the products, the following explanation of
the changes made to the Macro-Optimizer products will make better sense:
The previous Nutrimeal (Nutrigy in Canada) formulations were not manufactured or intended to be used
as full meal replacements and did not meet government regulations for such. With the success of the
RESET concept, there was growing concern over the safety and health of people using these products
as exclusive sources of nutrition. The Nutrimeals were re-formulated to meet U.S., Canadian and
Australian meal replacement regulations. These changes required an increase in total calories per
serving, increased fat content, and changes to the vitamin/mineral mix (the Canadian products
contain one mix and the U.S./ANZ products contain a different one to meet unique regulations). Also,
due to feedback from customers and a couple of years experience with the previous product mixtures,
we broadened the spectrum of proteins to make it more balanced and reduce overall soy protein (for
those who prefer an all-vegetarian protein, the Vanilla flavor is still all-soy). This improves
flavor for many and reduces the incidence of soy-related GI distress that some people previously
experienced. We also decreased the overall fiber dosage, making it less than the mixture of
products, but more than the previous Nutrimeal alone. To increase bulking capacity and reduce
constipation problems, we increased insoluble fiber in relation to soluble fiber in the new
Nutrimeals. Finally, we increased the electrolyte content (sodium and potassium) to assure adequacy.
These changes appear major, but in reality two scoops of Nutrimeal is quite similar to the previous
formulation. This way, those who want to continue mixing Fibergy, Soyamax, and/or OptOmega can
continue to do so by using a scoop or two of each. To meet regulations and for simplicity
(especially in the first 5 days), three scoops or a packet now make it an easy-to-use meal replacement.
Question: Why does USANA use sugar alcohol in the Nutrition Bars?
Answer:
Sugar alcohols - also know as polyols - are neither sugars nor alcohols. They are carbohydrates with
a chemical structure that partially resembles sugar and partially resembles alcohol, but they do not
contain ethanol (as alcoholic beverages do). They are incompletely absorbed and metabolized by the
body, and consequently contribute fewer calories. Their calorie content ranges from 1.5-3 calories
per gram, compared to 4 calories per gram for sucrose or other sugars.
Some of the more commonly used sugar alcohols include sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol, maltitol, and
maltitol syrup. They occur naturally in a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, but are also
commercially produced from other carbohydrates. Along with adding a sweet taste, they may perform a
variety of functions in foods.
Due to their incomplete absorption, sugar alcohols produce a lower glycemic response than sucrose or
glucose and therefore may be useful in diabetic diets. Also, sugar alcohols do not contribute to
tooth decay.
Question: What is Dextrose (as an excipient)?
Answer:
Dextrose, a simple sugar, is used in some formulas as a binder, disintegrant, or coating agent. The
amount used is so small that it would take several tablets to provide even a single calorie.
Question: What is Xylitol?
Answer:
Xylitol occurs naturally in many fruits and vegetables and is even produced by the human body during
normal metabolism. It is produced commercially from plants (such as birch and other hard wood trees
and fibrous vegetation). It has the same sweetness as sucrose but only 2/3 of the calories. It
dissolves quickly, produces a cooling sensation in the mouth, and has no unpleasant aftertaste.
Xylitol is currently approved for use in foods, pharmaceuticals, and oral health products in more
than 35 countries. It is used in foods like chewing gum, gum drops and hard candy, and in
pharmaceuticals and oral health products like throat lozenges, cough syrups, children's chewable
multivitamins, toothpastes, and mouthwashes. In the US, xylitol is approved as a direct food
additive for use in foods for special dietary uses (ie. diabetic candies).
In the body, xylitol is formed as an intermediate during the formation of xylulose. Ingested xylitol
is also converted to xylulose. Xylulose then enters the pentose-phosphate cycle of carbohydrate
metabolism. This is a normal metabolic process in human energy production.
Benefits of Xylitol
* Good taste with no unpleasant aftertaste
* Helps reduce the development of dental caries
* Reduces plaque formation
* Increases salivary flow to aid in the repair of damaged tooth enamel
* Provides 1/3 fewer calories than sugar (sucrose, fructose, or glucose)
* May be useful as an alternative to sugar for people with diabetes on the advice of their
health care provider
Question: Is there caffeine in the Dutch Chocolate Nutrimeal or the Peanut Butter Crunch bar?
Answer:
The Dutch Chocolate Nutrimeal & Peanut Butter Crunch Bars do not have any added caffeine, but they
may contain a miniscule amount due to the chocolate (always less than 1 mg and would be labeled as "0").
Question: Why does USANA use high fructose corn syrup in the Peanut Butter Crunch bars?
Answer:
Some customers have expressed concerns about the high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) used in the bars.
Contrary to some of the alarmist articles, HFCS is almost identical in composition to sucrose
(approx. 50% fructose and 50% glucose). Yes, it is cheaper than sucrose and also has a better
mouthfeel and texture which makes it a valuable product in appropriate uses. But, as always in
nutrition, it is a matter of context.
Like sugar, there is nothing inherently unhealthy or evil about HFCS itself. It is a matter of total
diet and the context in which it is used. One reason it is often demonized is because it is now the
sweetener used in sodas and fruit drinks (if we were still using sugar as we were in the 1970's, we
would be having this conversation about the evils of sucrose). One of the reasons we are having
diffulty with obesity and our excess calorie consumption may be due to the popularity of super-sized
sodas and fruit-drinks. In this context, HFCS is a problem in the same way it would be if we were
still using sucrose. But it isn't so much the fault of the ingredient as it is the way we are using it.
The bottom line: 8-10 grams of HFCS in the context of an otherwise nutrient dense food product is
not the same issue as 220 grams of extra calories in a couple of non-nutritive "Big Gulps."
Also, it is not necessarily valid to use research about fructose and HFCS in the same breath. As
stated before, HFCS is similar to sucrose in structure and metabolism, and much of this research has
been confused and taken out of context.
As with anything in nutrition, dosage is the key. Whereas using saturated fats as a primary source
of fats in the diet would be unhealthy, small amounts from a variety of sources can be used properly
as a healthy blend of overall fat intake.
We continue to advocate common sense and variety and moderation in the diet. It is easy to use
statistics and numbers to misinterpret the value of foods and ingredients. But, if people simply got
more activity, ate less, and ate a balanced and varied diet, many of our current health concerns
would be resolved.
Question: Can I drink coffee or tea during RESET?
Answer:
Yes, as long as it does not contribute additional calories to your daily intake (meaning no sugar or
cream) and you drink the required amount of water.
Question: Can I mix the shakes with skim milk or soymilk instead of water?
Answer:
During the RESET program it is recommended that you mix the shakes only with water. This is
particularly important for those who are trying to lose weight, since using skim milk or soy milk
will increase the caloric level by 250-300 calories a day.
If you prefer to use soymilk, try to use a soymilk with a minimal amount of added sugar (120
calories per cup or less).
Question: Do USANA products contain gluten?
Answer:
USANA tablets and capsules do not contain wheat, oats, rye, barley, or gluten. Soyamax, Peanut
Butter Crunch Nutrition Bar, OptOmega, and TenX Blast are also gluten-free.
Nutrimeal Drinks, Lemon Fibergy Bar, Oatmeal Raisin Nutrition Bar, and Almond Creme Fibergy do
contain gluten.
Peach Mango Fibergy(in the U.S.&Canada)does not contain gluten as of October 2005.
In the Sense skin-care line of products, the Revitalizing Shampoo, Nourishing Conditioner, and Rice
Bran Polisher contain gluten.

Answer:
The glycemic index (GI) is a way of measuring the rate at which carbohydrates are broken down and

USANA Family:
None of us, regardless of our successes or stature, is immune from human frailties. Unfortunately, Robert Allen knows this all too well. Robert Allen has been struggling recently from a detached retina and has already undergone several surgeries to repair the damage, leaving permanent losses in his vision each time. Unfortunately, he is scheduled for yet another surgery tomorrow and we want to wish him the best and send our prayers for a speedy recovery.
If you too would like to wish him well or share a personal story of strength to lift Bob’s spirits during his recovery, please email him at GetWellBob@ewitraining.com. He’d be delighted to hear success stories, words of encouragement and your personal stories of overcoming adversity, both in your professional and personal lives.
“I have learned two lessons in my life: first, there are no sufficient literary, psychological, or historical answers to human tragedy, only moral ones. Second, just as despair can come to one another only from other human beings, hope, too, can be given to one only by other human beings.” -Elie Wiesel
Robert has already overcome debilitating financial setbacks, survived a horrific car accident and recovered well from several eye surgeries. We are confident he will overcome this most recent challenge with as much dignity as ever.
“The world is full of suffering, it is also full of overcoming it. Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired, and success achieved.” –Helen Keller

Do you think you know a leader when you see one?
Do you think you know a leader when you see one? Most companies have the wrong notion of what a leader really is and does. Yet all the development efforts in the world can't deepen the leadership pool if they're focused on the wrong people to begin with.
The brilliant strategist, the creative genius, the financial engineer, and other bright people command attention and respect, and rightfully so. People recognize such individuals' knowledge and intelligence, respect their opinions and ideas, and appear willing to follow them. Combine that great mental ability with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve, and no wonder people are impressed. Unaware of their own shortcomings and driven to succeed, these experts push for leadership jobs at higher and higher levels, persuading -- sometimes even intimidating -- their bosses to promote them.
But many lack essential leadership traits. Although they may succeed for a while when put in charge of other people, without a natural ability to lead, they are unlikely to ever succeed as CEOs or high-level leaders outside their domains of expertise.
What does a natural leader look like at the age of twenty-five or thirty? The usual attempts to answer that question take the form of laundry lists of personal qualities. These are important, but on their own they can be misleading, especially because the same wonderful personal qualities can be found in political leaders, spiritual leaders, and leaders in sports, many of whom don't have an ounce of talent for business. Besides, many personal traits and capabilities associated with leadership in the past are insufficient today. You have to go beyond the list of personal traits you're looking for to include other indications that a person can succeed in leading a business function, business unit, or whole company in the emerging business context.

USANA family
Hi USANA family
I wanted to share a 3 minute video with you, actually not for the words used but to explain the power of the mechanism demonstrated. I believe there’s only one truth and many paths. There’s only one reality but so many varying perceptions. The questions becomes, is what you believe moving you closer or farther from your dreams. How are you choosing to see things?
As an engineer for the longest time I used to think that I was terrible at sales so I avoided this industry. Then I adopted another perspective and now I enjoy a Diamond lifestyle. We sell people their dreams. I realized that our job is to open people up and help THEM discover their need or goal or why and help them close themselves. How do you open? You ask questions. How many? Until you get to their truth.
Later as a holistic health practitioner, I became passionate about helping people with their health and found myself chasing ambulances looking for sick people. So another change in perspective for me was learning the power of leverage. I began looking for people interested in the business of helping other people. Now I have an organization of several thousand helping me impact others with their health.
As an athlete I always thought I was healthy and didn’t need supplements. I’m better educated now about the critical role supplementation plays in staying proactive with my health.
I used to think this “stuff” was expensive. At my wellness center, I met so many people with serious illnesses willing to spend thousands to regain their health. Now I realize how cheap of an investment this is in my health and of course I’m worth it.
I used to think all you had to do was sign the application and get in and somehow magically the money starts to flow. The money does flow magically but I learned the law of cause and effect and that for every action there’s an equal and opposite reaction. In USANA however that vibration or exchange becomes residual, thus the magic. But the key ingredient is ACTION. You want big results? Then BIG action. Massive results, then massive action.
I used to think Christmas was a slow month in network marketing. Then I saw Rick Young go diamond on Christmas eve. I saw Jeremy go 8 star during Christmas. What a great time for having wishes come true. What a magical time for reconnecting with people and working your “relationship marketing”.
I’m attaching a simple “assessment of belief” worksheet you can take for yourself to discover where your belief is and hopefully realize where you need to focus your energy to strengthen your belief.
End of the year is a great time for “reflecting” on where we are and “planning” on where we want to be.
I want to leave you with this wonderful quote by our very own Dr. Denis Waitley:
“There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them.”
Let me repeat my earlier questions, is what you believe, moving you closer or farther from your dreams? How are you choosing to see things?
Be patient through the first half and watch the whole video to get the effect. Same words, opposite perspectives. Here’s the link:
