Dave and Deanna Waters are Diamond Directors, members of the Million Dollar Club and members of the 10-member Independent Distributors Council for North America. In 2006, they were awarded the Dr. Wentz Vision Award, which is presented to an outstanding Associate who endeavors to improve the health of everyone they meet and reduce the mental and physical suffering of all people. Dave was a national television Director/Producer for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation for his career, and very involved in the music industry in Winnipeg. Deanna enjoyed a varied career in management, the latest two endeavors as Executive Director of Take Pride Winnipeg, an environmental organization, and Director of Communications and Marketing for Winnipeg Economic Development Corporation.

When they were introduced to USANA, Ruby Directors Jim & Dian Fawver were hopeful but skeptical. After 30 years in executive management with IBM, they didn't see how something could be so good. But they also didn't want to "slave away" at a job for the rest of their lives either. That skepticism turned into excitement as they realized how much fun they could have while improving their health, meeting new and wonderful people, and making an income commensurate or better than their prior careers. They are passionate about wanting others to achieve their joy.
